MOCHIETTA 運営（以下「運営」といいます。）は、運営が提供するパズルゲーム「MOCHIETTA」（ウェブ版およびアプリ版を含み、以下「本サービス」といいます。）における利用者の情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます。）を定めます。
1. 事業者情報
法令に基づき必要となる事業者情報、および利用者の情報の取扱いに関するお問い合わせは、上記のお問い合わせ窓口で受け付けます。
2. 取得する情報
本サービスは、アカウント登録を行うことなく利用できます。運営は、本サービスの提供にあたり、氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス等の入力を求めていません（お問い合わせの場合を除きます。）。運営が取り扱う情報は、次のとおりです。
(1) 利用者の端末内に保存される情報
次の情報は、利用者の端末内（ブラウザのローカルストレージ等）に保存されます。これらの情報は、次項に定める場合を除き、運営のサーバーには送信されません。
- ベストスコア、図鑑の記録
- 音声および表示言語の設定
- ランキングに登録した名前（次回の入力を省略するため）
- 端末識別子（本サービスが端末ごとに生成するランダムな文字列で、氏名その他の情報を含みません。）
- 初回利用日および最終利用月（利用状況に関する統計情報において、初回の利用か再訪かを判別するため）
(2) 運営のサーバーに保存される情報

ランキング登録名、スコアおよび到達したキャラクターの段階は、ランキング上で他の利用者に公開されます。ランキング登録名には、氏名その他特定の個人を識別できる情報を使用しないでください。ランキングの閲覧時には、利用者自身の記録を表示するため、端末識別子をサーバーに送信します。
利用状況に関する統計情報には、端末識別子を含めていません。
(3) 外部サービスへ送信される情報
本サービスの提供にあたり利用する外部サービスには、通信の性質上、利用者の IP アドレス、ブラウザの種類等の情報が送信されます。詳細は「5. 外部サービスの利用」をご確認ください。
(4) お問い合わせ時に取得する情報
利用者が運営にお問い合わせをされた場合、メールアドレス、お問い合わせの内容その他利用者がご提供くださった情報を取得します。
3. 利用目的
運営は、取得した情報を次の目的で利用します。
- 本サービスの提供（ゲームの進行状況および設定の保存を含みます。）
- ランキングの集計および表示
- 本サービスの利用状況の把握、品質の改善および新機能の検討
- 不正行為の防止および対応
- お問い合わせへの対応
運営は、利用状況に関する統計情報を集計値として利用し、氏名その他の情報と照合して特定の個人を識別する目的では利用しません。
4. Cookie および類似の技術
- 現時点において、運営が行う利用状況の計測では Cookie を使用していません。ゲームの進行状況、設定および利用日の記録には、ブラウザのローカルストレージ等を使用しています。
- 運営が独自に行う利用状況の計測については、Do Not Track または Global Privacy Control の設定を尊重し、これらが有効になっている場合は利用状況に関する統計情報を送信しません。ただし、本サービスの配信および外部サービスの提供に必要な通信を停止するものではありません。
- 本サービスにおいて広告を配信する場合、広告配信事業者が Cookie その他の識別技術を使用し、広告の配信、効果測定等のために情報を取得することがあります。その取扱いは各広告配信事業者のプライバシーポリシー等に従います。広告配信事業者を導入した場合は、事業者名およびオプトアウトの方法を本ポリシーに記載します。
5. 外部サービスの利用
運営は、本サービスの提供に必要な範囲で、次の外部サービスを利用しています。これらのサービスは、運営による情報の取扱いの委託先、または利用者の端末が直接通信を行う提供事業者にあたります。

これらの外部サービスでは、日本国外（米国等）に所在するサーバーにおいて情報が取り扱われる場合があります。
6. 第三者提供
運営は、本サービスの提供に必要な業務委託先・クラウドサービス提供事業者等への取扱いの委託を除き、法令に基づく場合その他正当な理由がある場合を除いて、利用者の情報を第三者に提供しません。
7. 保存期間
運営は、運営のサーバーに保存した情報およびお問い合わせに関する情報を、利用目的の達成に必要な期間保存した後、削除または匿名化します。利用者の端末内に保存された情報は、利用者が削除するまで端末内に保持されます。
8. 安全管理措置
運営は、利用者の情報の漏えい、滅失または毀損の防止のため、次の措置を講じています。
- 本サービスの提供に必要な範囲に限定した情報の取得
- 本サービスと外部サービスとの通信の暗号化（HTTPS）
- データベースへの直接のアクセスを制限し、あらかじめ定めた処理のみを受け付ける仕組みの採用（入力値の検査および短時間の連続登録の制限を含みます。）
- 管理用の認証情報を本サービスのプログラムに含めず、管理画面へのアクセスを運営者に限定する管理
9. 情報の削除およびお問い合わせ
- ベストスコアおよび図鑑の記録は、本サービスの「設定」画面の「データをリセット」から削除できます。その他の端末内の情報は、ブラウザまたは端末の設定から本サービスのサイトデータを削除することで削除できます。
- ランキング情報の削除、その他利用者の情報の取扱いに関するご請求およびお問い合わせは、support@mochietta.com までご連絡ください。ランキング情報の削除をご希望の場合は、対象の記録を特定するため、ランキング登録名と、可能であれば登録したおおよその日時をお知らせください。
10. 未成年者の利用
本サービスはアカウント登録を必要とせず、運営は利用者の年齢を取得していません。未成年者が本サービスを利用する場合は、必要に応じて保護者の方が本ポリシーの内容をご確認ください。本サービスに広告その他の外部サービスを導入する場合、運営は、未成年者の保護に関する適用法令および各プラットフォームの方針に従います。
11. 本ポリシーの変更
運営は、法令の改正、本サービスの内容の変更その他必要に応じて、本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、本サービス内または本ページ等において周知します。変更後の本ポリシーは、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how the MOCHIETTA team ("we", "us" or "our") handles information about users of the puzzle game "MOCHIETTA", including its web and app versions (the "Service").
1. Who we are
Requests for operator information required by law, and inquiries about how we handle your information, can be made through the contact address above.
2. Information we collect
The Service can be used without creating an account. We do not ask you to provide your name, postal address, phone number or email address in order to use the Service (except when you contact us). We handle the following information.
(1) Information stored on your device
The following information is stored on your device (for example, in your browser's local storage). Except as described in section 2(2), it is not sent to our servers.
- Best score and Collection progress
- Sound and language settings
- The name you last entered for the ranking (so you do not need to type it again)
- A device identifier (a random string generated by the Service for each device, which does not contain your name or any other information)
- The date of your first visit and the month of your most recent visit (used to distinguish first-time and returning visits in our usage statistics)
(2) Information stored on our servers

Your ranking name, score and highest character stage are publicly displayed to other users in the ranking. Please do not use your real name or any other information that could identify you as your ranking name. When you view the ranking, your device identifier is sent to our server so that your own entry can be highlighted.
Usage statistics do not include the device identifier.
(3) Information sent to third-party services
Because of how internet communication works, third-party services used to provide the Service receive information such as your IP address and browser type. See section 5 for details.
(4) Information collected when you contact us
If you contact us, we collect your email address, the content of your message and any other information you choose to provide.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- provide the Service, including saving your game progress and settings;
- compile and display the ranking;
- understand how the Service is used, improve its quality and plan new features;
- prevent and respond to cheating and other misuse; and
- respond to your inquiries.
We use usage statistics in aggregate form and do not use them for the purpose of identifying a specific individual by combining them with names or other information.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
- At present, our own usage measurement does not use cookies. Game progress, settings and visit dates are stored using your browser's local storage or similar technologies.
- Our own usage measurement honors Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: if either is enabled in your browser, we do not send usage statistics. This does not stop the communications necessary to deliver the Service or to provide third-party services.
- If we display ads in the Service, ad providers may use cookies and other identification technologies to collect information for purposes such as delivering ads and measuring their performance. Such information is handled in accordance with each provider's own privacy policy. If we introduce an ad provider, we will add its name and opt-out options to this Policy.
5. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to the extent necessary to provide the Service. These services either process information on our behalf or communicate directly with your device.

These services may process information on servers located outside your country, including in the United States.
6. Disclosure to third parties
We do not provide your information to third parties, except where we entrust its handling to service providers, such as contractors and cloud service providers, to the extent necessary to provide the Service, where required by law, or where there is another legitimate reason.
7. Retention
We retain information stored on our servers and information relating to inquiries for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, after which we delete or anonymize it. Information stored on your device remains there until you delete it.
8. Security
To prevent the leakage, loss or damage of information, we take the following measures:
- collecting only the information necessary to provide the Service;
- encrypting communications between the Service and third-party services (HTTPS);
- restricting direct access to the database and accepting only predefined operations, including input validation and limits on rapid repeated submissions; and
- not including administrative credentials in the Service's program, and restricting access to administrative consoles to the operator.
9. Deleting your information and contacting us
- You can delete your best score and Collection progress with "Reset Data" on the Settings screen of the Service. Other information stored on your device can be deleted by clearing the Service's site data in your browser or device settings.
- To request deletion of your ranking information, or for any other request or question about how we handle your information, please email support@mochietta.com. To help us locate your ranking entry, please tell us your ranking name and, if possible, the approximate date and time you submitted it.
10. Children
The Service does not require an account, and we do not collect users' ages. If a minor uses the Service, we encourage a parent or guardian to review this Policy as appropriate. If we introduce ads or other third-party services, we will comply with applicable laws on the protection of minors and with the policies of the relevant platforms.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy in response to changes in law, changes to the Service or as otherwise necessary. We will announce material changes in the Service or on this page. The updated Policy takes effect when it is posted on this page.
